Smoking pork on Christmas Eve (1 Viewer)

Figured I'd hook the family up with some delicious smoked ribs and ham this Christmas....I took a few pics to share.



Getting the meat seasoned:


Fire up the charcoal and hickory chips:


Oops...forgot to put the water in first:


Got the temp up to optimium level:


Putting the meat on:


A cold beer, a stogie and some online poker while I wait on the meat to smoke:


Finished ribs...forgot to snap a pic of the finished ham:


The pork was a big hit with the family..

That does look fabulous. I can almost smell it. Looks like a first class smoker,too.

Nothing like the Christmas Ham. Maybe next year we will smoke our own as it cost over $80 to buy ours at the local smokehouse.

That looks great. Thanks for sharing. Most of my xmas gifts usually have to do with grilling, smoking, etc.

I cant wait to hit the grill and do some ribs.
