Small Vs. Large whats the dif?? (1 Viewer)

Sorry, this may be a stupid question. Why does it matter if you set your speakers to small or large if you set your crossover in your receiver? I know a crossover isnt a brick wall, but if you set it at 80hz isnt that where all speakers are crossed at? Why would you need to tell it small or large? Does the receiver only cross over the small speakers and not the large??

Yep, the receiver only applies the crossover to speakers set to small.
