Small Home Theatre for Bedroom (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking of getting of getting a small system for one of the bedrooms in my house. I'm looking to spend about $200. I did find a Sony and Samsung model.

I'm leaning towards the Samsung so I don't have to have a clunky amplifier and a DVD player. I was wondering if anyone here could offer any feedback on any of these models, Thanks!
