I want to light up a few eyes behind some things for Halloween and would like to utilize a simple LED setup (i.e. DC power, not a keychain taped down).
Can someone explain how you do this using a simple LED light like these:

I have an extra computer power supply which has 5v and 12v leads, but I can't connect the dots on how to do this (for as cheap as possible).
If I were to buy these lights, what exactly do I hook them up to or how do you drive them ?
