The below comments should be read with the knowledge that I'm a professional chef and I'm gay. So, I'm not talking about how "sexy" these women are but their shows and TV personalities. This is not meant as a thread fart.
I can't stand Sandra Lee and her show, she just grates and her "cooking" just doesn't cut it. I haven't seen anything on her show that I would make.
Giada is cute and I love her recipes but I find it funny that the people at TWoP have labeled her "little big head." I mean c'mon, she has a huge head for such a tiny body. Plus, her show is the very definition of "food porn." I'm not saying that's a good or bad thing, just an observation.
Ray Ray is a different story. She bugs sometimes with all the hand waving, giggling and all the cutesy names for her dishes but I actually like her. Whenever I turn the TV to 30 Minute Meals I have to watch.
My favorite show on Food Network is Good Eats with Alton Brown. It's funny and informative and Alton does some pretty good recipes. His brined turkey is now a yearly Thanksgiving tradition at my house.
Has anyone else noticed that Rachael has put on some noticeable weight in the last year? I can't really speak of her attractiveness since I play for the other team, but she definitely looks pudgy around the face now. I had been watching old reruns of $40 a Day and saw her in a recent Holiday special and had to take a second look to make sure it was really her.
Alton is definitely my food hero. His turkey brine has made my Thanksgiving dinners a must not miss event in my family.
It's too bad that Alton has slightly retracted his statement in a recent episode that he devoted to the topic. Stuffing can now be Good Eats under certain circumstances (Sorry, Alton, I still think of it under the heading 'Evil').

The great thing about Alton is it's not simply cooking, you get a freakin EDUCATION about whatever his subject is. He's a brilliant entertainer. Good Eats = Good Fun. Love him.
I think that Rachel Ray is adorable and generally just seems like "good people". Although I do agree that her voice can be annoying at times. I first saw her on "$40 a Day" a while back and have been smitten with her ever since then. (Beat it Danny! She's Mine!)
To address the subtheme of this thread: as far as good cooking shows my favorites are "Good Eats" (for the aforementioned science of cooking) and "Iron Chef" (for the exotic and seemingly unpalatable food and sheer ridiculousness of it all).
One show I miss that used to come on Food Network was "Taste" with David Rosengarten. He'd always give you a good history of the food he was preparing and how it had changed over the years. Also, he had some of the best recipes I ever tasted.
We love Alton too. His sweet potato pie didn't turn out that well for my wife however. It was ok, but not a homerun. I like Rachel also. Pepin and Julia are definitely hall of fame. I like Jean-Pierre Brehier who used to be on PBS also. I make his white chocolate cheesecake- to die for
