I was recently informed by my local cable company that, about frickn time, our area would be able to get HDTV.:) I have a Sony 51 inch widescreen RPTV, what would be a good choice for a set-top box to get HDTV. I'm looking to spend around 400 bucks? Is that a good price range? Also, are there anyother components that I need to get a sweet picture? Gracias

Ummmm.... doesn't the cable company provide the decoder box?
You only need to purchase a STB if you want to receive satellite or off the air transmissions.
That is unless they have completely changed the rules of cable TV since the last time I looked.
