Hi All,

I have the following DefTech speaker setup and want to add a rear center channel.

Front L/R - BP2000s
Front Center - CLR2000
Front L/R Effects - BP1X
Rear L/R - BPXs

Currently I have a Yamaha DSP-A1, but will soon be upgrading to the RX-V1. I want a rear center that is matched to the rest of my set but can't afford to put in a CLR2000 or CLR2002 (at least not yet). Would a ProCenter 100 be a decent match? I also may have a chance to get an older C1 relatively cheap. Any opinions/options welcome. Thanks.

Jim, go for the BPX or the BP1.2X. But if it were me, I'd get the BPX. All of the speakers sound the same. Matching shouldn't be a problem at all. So go for the same as your left and right surrounds. The BPX should be a perfect fit. You don't need to put a center channel speaker back there.
