Will I still need an OTA for 480P or will my HD directv reciever give me 480P?

You will need OTA as Fox is not broadcasting in anything other than 480i over DBS.

You would also need to find out if your local fox affiliate even has the equipment to pass the networks 480p widescreen feed...There are less than 18 digital fox affiliates in the country who have the equipment to broadcast the 480p widescren feed..fox sucks...
