Q Acoustics or Speakercraft? (1 Viewer)

Hello you all!

New in the forum!

I'm trying to set up my dad's old hi-fi system and I needed a pair of speakers.

I was thinking of getting Q Acoustics 2020i, but the dealer gave me the option of buying a pair of Speakercraft Roots Satellite 650 for the same price.

He insisted that they are better and at great price, 250 euro, about 340 us dollars, but I can't find any reviews.

Does anybody own a pair, or has an opinion on the subject?

2020 has a 5" woofer. Better looking(especially in wood) and is 88db efficient.
Roots 650 has a 6 1/2" woofer. Plain as a paper bag(hope the black finish is fabulous) and is 89db efficient.

Total wash.

Actually I've seen them at the shop and the black finish is excellent

Take both home and return the one You like least...

Well if they're equal, I'll just choose the roots, cause Qs aren't in stock and I'll have to wait 20 days..
