Andrew Pratt has the ear of a higher up at Rotel to hear what owners feel are the most pressing issues regarding Rotel firmware. In other words, you have the opportunity to suggest improvements Rotel might make to improve their firmware via upgrade. Hope all you Rotel owners participate.
