pioneer 815 vs. 1015 (1 Viewer)

Just wondering what the major differences in the pioneer vsx 815 and 1015 is.

jay go to the pioneer usa sight and compare the features, if you don't know or undertsand the differences , buy the 815 or Wait until you do the 1015 is head &shoulders above the 815 in every comparison you wish to make.

Couldn't agreem more! Don't even waste yor time with the 815. It's right there with the entry level Sony's, Yamahas, and everything else you see at a couple hundred dollars. The 1015 shares a lot more with the Elite line than anything.

anyone noticed my post that the 1014's same as the 1015 basically break when the power goes out stay far away.

I have read the thread concerning the power outage issue. Sounds li good service lacks with PIO. I guess am lucky to reprt that the pwoer has gone out on me a couple of times with no ill effects.

it happened to me three times in the last two weeks, no power , no ill effects , by the way mine was made july 2004(1014).
