Both are brand new and factory sealed and under warranty.

I also have a ReplayTV 5504 which is brand new with Lifetime activation. Taken out of the box only to verify activation. I have personally called to verify the lifetime status. $350.

I am interested in trading for some Sonance Ellipse surround or Aim (1,2,3) in-ceiling speakers. Also possibly looking for -G wireless gear including access point.
