I also have a ReplayTV 5504 which is brand new with Lifetime activation. Taken out of the box only to verify activation. I have personally called to verify the lifetime status. $350 shipped.

I am interested in trading for some Sonance Ellipse surround or Aim (1,2,3) in-ceiling speakers.

The activation travels with the unit. I don't think you even need to do anything.
