panasonic CT32HX41,stopping production?? (1 Viewer)

I went to several of my local C-City,G-Guy's ,Tweeter and was sold on the Panasonic Ct32HX41. That was about 1-2 months ago,now I find that this model has been discontinued. I can still find one if I look around for it but at not much of a discount from the regular price. Does anyone know anything about this model as far as reviews,and also, why would the stop production? to come out with a new model # they can charge more for?Any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks,Brent

Does anyone have any details on the differences between the HX41 and HX42? I'm specifically interested in definite presence of lack of DVI/HDCP input(s) and physical dimensions.
Infact any info on the new HX42 line would be much appreciated since I haven't found anything at all yet.
