PAL Progressive Scan (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a DVD player with Progressive scan for PAL and NTSC.
I've found the Denon 2800 MK2 to have everything I need, but how is it rated as a DVD player in general and how does it compare to my current Pioneer 535 ?

Mark I have a JVC SVS500BK with a ICOS (Intelligent Code Operating System), a mediamatics chip, and a hardwired 'not' software progressive scan. I have it all in viewing PAL, internal mod gives the player x, y, scaling in PAL discs. Total number of R 2 & 4 discs 93, one on order. JVC device scales a letterbox of 2.35:1 to anamorhic without having to zoom it. Best of luck getting a Pioneer professionally mod player done inside the *USA*, that is as good as mine.

my friend just got the same JVC player for $200 delivered. I have to say, PAL converted to progressive NTSC looks very good indeed!
