Okay, a thousand sorry's if this has been in the forums before, but I want to buy a sub. The criteria for the sub is that it cost around $200, has very good lows for the price, and one that I don't have to build.
As you can see, I'm new here so any advice would help a guy like me a lot. Also, are any subs powered for this price range?
Many many thanks!!

Well, I like the Energy e:XL-8 subwoofer. I just sold one for less than $200. Still got one left but it is not for sale.

i second the Sony. while not known for their speakers (they make me cry), their 'budget' subs are where it's at.
