Ohms, is not just for meditation anymore... (1 Viewer)

I could use some help or maybe just some info on my Ohm's settings. I have just got the HT rough set to test and was wondering if I should see a difference on my settings. I have a Pioneer VSX-45tx with M&K s150's and ss150's. I believe the M&K's are 4 ohm speakers and my receiver is set to 8ohm. I can only change my receiver to 6ohm or 8 ohm is this going to be a problem? Also I do not hear a difference in volume when changed even if it is left at the same level. Should I see a change?
