I've read that this is also the case with Transworld Surf, although I traded the game in a few months ago and can't confirm it myself.

Anyone know of any webpage that keeps an up-to-date list of games that feature customizeable soundtracks?
I'm sure there's been at least a few released since last July that have them. . .
