Paco DeLucia is an internationally renowned guitarist, you can't go wrong with him.

Juan Carlos Quintero has a CD out on Discipline Global Mobile (the link in my signature).

Peppino D'Agostino has a DVD-A out on AIX.

Try Liona Boyd's Persona. Although Ms. Boyd is known as a classical guitarist, this album is kind of New Age sounding. Originally issued on CBS records, it features David Gilmour (of Pink Floyd), Eric Clapton, and Yo-yo Ma as guests. Highly recommended!
