Need help with my 1 coax input to my Sony STR-DE845... (1 Viewer)

I just got a HDTV and digital cable box. The cable box only has coax digital out (no optical). I want to take advantage of the 5.1 sound but my reciever only has 1 coax input. THis is under the DVD/LD label. Is there anyway I can hook the coax to this input but have the label say something different (like TV/SAT)...if not just going to be little confusing (DVD/LD will really be TV while Video 1 will be DVD...)

You can probably change the label that appears on the recievers LCD screen but I don't think you can change the remote or any hard buttons on the reciever. And I don't think you can reassign the input - the Sony ES recievers have assignable digital inputs but I don't thing the DE series does.

The other option would be a coaxial to optical converter. Is there an optical digital input associated with anything?
