In the spirit of this new section I've taken a considerable amount to time to update my HT web site. You can access it from the link in my signature.

Yes, I can laugh at it now in retrospect since it had a "happy" ending, but it should still serve as a warning to those who might have to deal with such matters. A little forewarning might make the journey a bit less painful.
