Mitsubishi WS65311 vs Mit WS65711 (1 Viewer)

ANyone have any experience with these? I am buying one tomorrow. The 711 is the Diamond series and has integrated HDTV which I do not need, really--living in a rural area and with COmcast to provide the HDTV service if and when it comes. But the picture is great! The 311 is also very nice without the bells and whistles. THe problem was the 711 is 1400 dollars more and in the showroom was hooked up to a HDTV signal while the other was hooked up to the regular split cable signal. I know I can buy one and return it but if anyone has experience with one or the other, please let me know. Otherwise I am probably going for the cheaper one and put the extra cash into Rockets or top end Boston Acoustics. Thanks.
