The back of my 3802 only has the one Red Subwoofer output which I am plugging the cable into, but on the Sub itself I have a matching Red input and a White LFE input. Which one should I use?

Scott, it really does not matter, as you only need to hook it up to one connection on sub. Some subs will say mono below the l/r- red/white connection. Or you can buy a cheap y splitter from radio shack and hook it up to both:)

easy one -- You are sending a mono, line-level signal to the sub amp. It makes no difference which input you use; listen to both! (keep volume way low if yoy do unplug to avoid the speaker "crackle-pops."
