Had an email from Flicker Alley this week regarding "Mack Sennett vol 2" and requested some Ben Turpin/Harry Langdon blurays for the future. Their reply:-

Unfortunately at this time there are no plans for a Mack Sennett Vol. 2, but more Laurel & Hardy may be coming soon. We really appreciate you letting us know where your interests lie because it helps us definitely know what is in demand. Mack Sennett may be out of our hands for the time being, but we hope to return to that gang in the future!

That is a bummer regarding the Mack Sennetts, but this is encouraging news on the Laurel & Hardy front! I'd love to have their 1928 silents on Blu-ray!!

Head honcho at the Silent Comedy Mafia forum, who is one of the associate producers of the Sennett Volume 1 set, posted there in August 2023 that Volume 2 will be released through Sprocket Vault rather than Flicker Alley.

That explains Flicker Alley saying the Sennetts are out of their hands, at present.
