I have the older model of this and it sounds great.

Only OK power for my DPL12, but the sub is on 84db efficient.

As for the amp.. search for this guy on Ebay.. audio_video_outlet (with underscores) They deal in Kenwood Sovereign, shoot them an email, im sure they can give you a good deal.
