Just a little more patience will be appreciated. Ron does have a day job, also, there is a review he is going to be posting later tonight about a future film release. At that time, the transcript will probably be posted.
Peter Staddon: "I didn't say you can put 'Monkeybone' back!" [Edited last by Robert Crawford on October 25, 2001 at 03:33 PM]
Please give me another day. I was in
New York City for most of the day for
a movie screening and then spent my afternoon
writing the review.
I'll get the chat transcript out as soon as
I am able to.

There was a certain intimacy in the chat with Mr. Landis.
At one point he was asked a comical question and his reply was quick and very funny. His sense of humor was evident all through the evening.
He hates pan and scan and when questioned about reissues of current DVDs, he replied the studios want you to buy the same titles over and over again.
Unfortunately, the flow of the chat was interrupted by a poor ISP connection on his end. His frustration with being bumped, coupled with his dislike of the internet was clearly evident.
Good job Ron and Packy, that was fun.
ps Is there an email address available so I may send him a thank you note.
Was the recent crises regarding pan n scan only dvd mentioned at all during the chat? And if so, what did he say?
God bless the USA and the men and woman of our military and their families!
