I am specifically talking about:
Weird Science
The Breakfast Club
Sixteen Candles
I would like to see new transfers in 16:9 anamorphic, 5.1 sound. Special features of course would be great! Seeing these kids all grown up now reminiscing....see "The Goonies" DVD for reference.
I'm not sure who owns the rights to these movies, but please take notice. I won't buy the current versions.
Thank you,
Eric

Agreed. I tolerate my non-anamorphic mono copy of Breakfast Club because I love it so much, but I won't even touch the other two mentioned above until they are done right!

And don't forget, in the case of Weird Science and Sixteen Candles, we need the original, theatrical release soundtracks. Both have music altered or "rescored" for home video release in all "home video versions."
