JBL S38 with Yamaha RX-V800? (1 Viewer)

In the next couple of weeks, I'm considering getting a pair of JBL S38's for mains to go with my Yamaha RX-V800.

Would this be a good pairing?

I have a Yamaha and JBL combination and I am quite pleased. I recently visited a friend of a friend with 4 JBL N38s and a Yamaha receiver. I was impressed with that too. I say go for it!

100wpc is perfect for the S38s. Expect undistorted sound able to reach levels well over reference level.
