Is there such a thing as digital coax to optical cable? (1 Viewer)

I am seeing if there is such a thing as a cable that converts digital coax to optical. I am trying to hookup my digital cable box to my reciever. My box has a digital coax audio out and I am trying to put it into my reciever's optical audio input.

Any suggestions?

howbout, Noooo....

There may be (probably is) conversion boxes to do this but
no cable I am aware of that has a built in light to electrical
signal converter.
