Like protective ear muffs for loud sounds? You could probably try ear plugs, those are quite effective and cheap. Not sure what you're asking...

Or do you mean headphones? I certainly wouldn't do that for a child, headphones are not that good for your hearing particularly if you listen loud.

There are noise cancelling headphones; do a Google search. I don't know if there are any made for infants or if you could get an infant to wear one.
