How soon to calibrate new set? KP-57WS500 (1 Viewer)

I've been calibrating my friends' RPTV sets for a while, but this weekend will be the first time I will be working on a brand new (week old) set - a Sony KP-57WS500. I plan to do all the basic Avia user-level calibrations, as well as go in and reduce the red push, but I'm assuming I shouldn't go in for the deeper focus, convergence and greyscale tweaks until it has been burned in a while.

What is your experience with calibrating new sets (specifically this Sony set, if you have experience with it), and how long would you suggest I wait before doing more serious calibration?

Thanks!

100 hours of viewing appears to be the magic number before professional calbirators like to work on RPTV sets.
