I am trying to find a good on-line place to buy used DVDs. I am trying to find one with both good prices and that is trust worthy. If anyone knows of a good place in the Seattle area that would also be great! Thanks guys.

Eric, I was in Kennewick, WA a couple of weeks ago, and I found Hastings to be full of used DVDs. Some were in crappy condition, label-wise, but the disks I bought were in great shape. There were plenty of other good discs there.
There is another store that has used DVDs, but I don't remember the name...sold used CDs, too, if I recall correctly. Oh, well. And don't forget the video rental places: I bought Criterion's Rushmore at Hollywood in Kennewick, too.
