Tuner is brand new with all original accessories and manuals, except for the box. I used it a while ago to shipped some items in. I never got around to getting a subscribtion to XM radio and at this point I doubt I ever will. There are absolutely no scratches, marks, dings, etc. It's in pefect condition. It's never been hooked up, but I can do so to make sure everything works properly. Asking price is $100 shipped. I'll even throw in some quality interconnects to replace the stock cables.
