I'm moving to a house with a smaller tv room, and have to give up my beloved and gorgeous Onix Rocket RS-750 towers + "Bigfoot" RSC-200 Center channel. These are the original rosewood veneer with glossy black end caps, the towers include the optional "launchpad" stands while the center has a third party stand since Onix didn't make one. The two towers are in excellent condition -- end caps are shiny, some light scratches on the top (and presumably bottom as well) but nothing noticeable. Probably 8/10. The center speaker has a little cosmetic damage to one end cap and some white flecks (paint?) on the same endcap but is otherwise great. Maybe 6 or 7/10 See the last photo for a closeup of the damaged area. The rosewood on all speakers is in excellent condition as are the drivers and the fabric grills (no holes or rips.) These are well cared for, original owner, and in a nonsmoking house -- and sound great. I have the original boxes and packaging, but since these speakers are HEAVY (50+ lbs each) I'm doing local pickup in Los Angeles only. If that doesn't work, I will consider shipping, but it'll be expensive! Please contact me if you'd like to try to price out shipping...
For a full review of the Rocket speakers (and weight and dimensions) please see this Sound and Vision review: http://www.soundandvision.com/content/rocket-loudspeakers-onix-rs750-rsc200-rs250-and-rss300-loudspeakers
Price is $550 for the pair of RS750s, $150 for the center, or $600 for all three. Stands and original boxes will be included. The RS750s (without stands) retailed for $1500, and the center was $600 (without a stand).
Death to soundbars, long live real speakers!
