    Answer to multiple questions:

    (1) Software is legal and comes with full license keys & media.
    (2) Can be programmed/tuned to your region before ship.
    (3) Pioneer 109 is a Dual Layer drive, does support 8X -R media, and will support -R DL via firmware upgrade from Pioneer; paperwork for upgrade will be included.

Last Drop, last bump. Another HTPC (smaller, not as high end) will go up tomorrow after it finishes being tested.
