Thanks mike for the info. I have 4 friends who are eligable teachers and they were considering buying OSX anyway....now they can get it for free. They were very happy to find this out.

This is a great promotion (don't all the PC users just wish Microsoft would do something like this with XP?)!!!
My mother is a teacher, so I got her to sign up for a copy, and I work off and on teaching computer education at a private school, so I was able to snag a copy too. It will go great with the eMac I'm picking up this Christmas

Hi Mike,

My wife ordered this about 3 weeks ago and got it after a week or so. Pretty fast delivery and the price is RIGHT. I just wish Apple would have done it before I bought it.
