Firehawk Luxus Deluxe - VS - Draper Onyx ?? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,


what can you tell me / reccommend in regards to these two screens?



I'm looking at an 82" widescreen, 40.5" H x 72" W...


I'd most likely be running it with a Digital Projection (DPI) I Vision HDX DLP projector which has a 4000:1 contrast ration.


The Draper Onyx has a 1.3 gain level versus the Firehawk 1.35.


The room is fairly small, based ont he specs listed, I'm going with the largest sized screen that the room can capacitate.


Would you reccommend one over the other and if so, why / why not?


Please tell me the possible advantages / disadvantges, if any, between these two screens... I'm obviously pushing for best image quality!

Does anyone have any opinions?


The Stewart screens are priced a bit higher but I just read one review which mentioned that the Draper screens have a cooler color tablette which renders less acuracy in the colors whereas the Stewart screens are much more saturated and rich with more accurate color temperatures. Does anyone agree / disagree?
