From Paramount? How did this come to be? Dave Lambert or Anyone in the Know do you have any details? I hope Paramount won't Repeat the Lucy Boondoggle and release Individual Volumes but I fear the worse. Those were good disks with good extras but I'd rather buy a box set. I would buy the individual disks if properly priced thou there are not that many shows (39)

39 total Honeymoon shows? There must have been more than that.
These are the "classic 39". As a standalone series, there were only 39 episodes (1 season's worth).

The characters themselves were featured as sketches on Gleason's various other shows. Those are marketed as "lost Honeymooners" since they were unavailable until the later 80's when, near the end of his life, Gleason finally unleashed them from his vault.

The Goodlife network just recently started airing the color version of the Honeymooners that Gleason revived in the late 60's.

Paul is correct.

I own the Columbia House VHS series.

Its very surprising to people when they
learn that there weren't many Honeymooner
episodes produced.

I believe 39 is correct.
