I recently owned a Panasonic DVD player and the motor failed what seemed to be one day after the warrenty expired. The cost replacing the motor was almost the cost of the unit. It turned out this is a known problem with this DVD player. I would like to avoid having this happen to me again. I'm going to get the Onkyo HT-S770 HTiB and I need some help picking out the best quality DVD player for a lowest cost. By low cost I mean under $180.00. Thoughts?

What is the best maker of DVD players? I want to get some input so I don't purchase a player that I will regret in the future.
