I have a old Huges Sat receiver with RCA cables, When I watch a regular channel I get it in pro logic, If I watch a movie that is in doby digital will I get the digital sound thru the RCA cables? Or do I have to buy a new receiver with digital hook up's? Thank You...

You'll need to purchase a satellite receiver that has a digital output. DD and DTS signals are bitstreams and thus cannot be passed through analog audio outputs.
The DirecTV movies that are broadcast in 5.1 are typically select pay-per-views. Normal channels don't seem to get that kind of programming.
