Did anybody tape West Wing on 5/1 (1 Viewer)

I saw the opening bit and it looked very good. Sadly, then the tape was eaten by a vindictive machine ( was a very old tape). I will happily pay all shipping, tape purchace, labor fees, as well as a bonus fee for a S-VHS Recording.
30$ total sound good??

I've got a wholly mediocre taping of it (VHS, stereo, ok reception, much-used tape). It's watchable (I watched it). But nowhere near SVHS quality.

If no one else can help with a better quality tape, I can send this to you for the cost of shipping.

I go to a cigar smoker the first Wednesday of each month and this is the only show I tape. For some reason it only taped the last half hour. I'm not sure what I did. Would someone be kind enough to fill me in on the essentials of the first half hour.

I thought I taped it, but when I popped in the tape I found I recorded PAX TV instead of NBC (I hit 3 instead of 5).
