Anyone know if the internal/adjustable crossover in the Velodyne F-1500 can be defeated or eliminated. It's so old it does not have the "sub-direct" feature that many new subs have. I'm pretty handy with solder, so I'm not opposed to opening up the amp section.

Turn the crossover to like 200hz and whatever the maximum high is so it wont interfere with receiver crossover point.

Hi GREY
All you have to do is remove C5 (1uF) and replace R6 (820 OHM) with a jumper on mother board and turn the xover pot to 40hz.

good luck.
