Why can't they release "The 3 Worlds of Gulliver" in 1.85:1?

They did in Region 2 or 3...and this was the time for them to redeem themselves and they blew it!!!

3 Worlds of Gulliver lists Fullscreen, but also Anamorphic. Which is it?

It's the same Gulliver disc that's out now. The "anamorphic" bit is a mistake.
