I remember the first time I saw Captain Ron it was and still is a great movie that I will always remember.
It is a movie that I would like in my DVD collection.
I am pretty sure beuna vista or touchstone owns the rights the distribution rights. Below is a web address to disney it is there E-mail page, I know it is a kid website but trust me if you follow the link and write them an E-mail they reply, I asked about The Mighty Ducks 2 and 2 on DVD and they replied.
So to show your support just drop them an E-mail and see what they say in repsonse.

I hope with a few fan E-mails they realise that there is a crowd for this movie out there and they consider a future DVD release.

Sure, the movie ain't cinematic gold, but its got Kurt Russell hamming it up, and apparently John Carpenter is a huge fan
