I have it narrowed to two tvs:

    1. Sony KDL32EX523 32" Class Bravia LED HDTV

    2. Sony KDL32EX500 BRAVIA 31.5" LCD HDTV

The first has all that I want and is newest model. But 60 hz refresh rate.

The second is older model, everythign I w ant, but 120hz refresh rate.

Which is the better model to go with???

Looking to do this today, so quick help would be really really appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any and all quick comments.

I'm far from an expert here with LCD but since you didn't get an answer (and you are in a hurry), I'll throw my $.02 in.... I have an older LCD that is 60hz and to be honest, I can't see any issues (even compared to my plasma). IMO, don't spend extra for faster model. Do you need a 32" TV? You can get a 42" plasma for about the same price and it will have a better picture, IMO (and no refresh rate issues).
