Wow! That was certainly unexpected. I can finally retire my DVD.

A fun, forgotten thriller. And the story of how Alec Guinness came to be in this film is fascinating.

Terrible trailer. Makes it look like an action film which it certainly is not. Looks like one of those fake trailers. Ugh.

The film is a terrific suspense/horror film. Don’t let that BS trailer discourage you from seeing this exciting film.

The film is currently showing on the Shudder streaming service and looks very good, much better than the transfer used for the old DVD.

Received my 4K disc today of this terrific suspense film. Will watch it asap. Tons of great extras too.

I saw and liked the film when it was released, but haven’t seen it since. The disc was too rich for my blood, but I ended up getting it on Apple for $4 in one of Arrow’s sales.

Watched part of the film today and it looks terrific. Very filmic. Also watched all the video based extras with the essays being fascinating . Next on to the commentaries.

Finished listening to the Anthony Waller’s directors commentary and it was fascinating.

Making a low budget film in Moscow and all the problems form government extortion, actors that were on drugs, the crew that got drunk every day and more. A must listen if you’re a fan of this great film.
