Right now i'm racing my championship in the 'World Racing' mode and I cannot beat challenge #11!!
I have to deliver this car in 3:30.00 flat or I fail and I have 3 laps to do it in. I've tried it at least 12 times and it's becoming quite clear to me that the game is either seriously f**cking with my head and it's just plain unbeatable, or it's EXTRAORDINARILY hard! At the moment i'm leaning towards the former. I've tried everything! I've taken shortcuts, avoided wrecks with other cars, took turns like I was on freakin rails and the best time I got was 3:16.00. How the hell am I supposed to shave 6 seconds off of that when i'm just about as perfect with my laps as I can get!?

There is usually a hidden shortcut that you have to use to make the time. I am not as far as you but I found this to be true in one of the earlier races.

You're supposed to do it in 3:30, and you do it in 3:16 - what's the problem? Sounds like you've made it by 14 seconds to me.
Seriously, though - some of those are wicked hard, but just keep trying, you'll make it. One thing - if you KNOW you've botched it early on, start over. It saves time, not having to finish only to fail.
