After enjoying my DIY Sonosub in a dedicated room for over a year now I am now in a dilema. We are moving, and my new ht room cannot accomadate my large JBL S412's along with the sonosub. Does anyone know what measurements it would take to build a box sub and have it tuned to 16hz and if it is ported or not? I have the sonosub tuned to 16hz powered with the parts express 250 plate amp. Thank you...

(I'll be using the specs from the new tempest, the one that isn't out yet, for this.) According to WinISD, the 12" tempest 4 ohm needs a 2.2 cubic foot box with a 4" diameter 57.68 inches, so you'll definately need to angle it. It will also make the box bigger since ports aren't included in box size.
