Just heard from a friend @high end audio video store sony asked for the entire stock of es receivers back for recall.Anyone know why?

my sunfire lights up a 20 by 15 room with concrete floor.

Considering sony probly sells more de receivers then any other line in the world more should break.I think DEs give alot of features for the buck even if a tad underpowered.As far as high end es?Ill put my new 9000es up against any other receiver at that price point.

Well the sony 65ws550 or the mits 65513 seem to be your best bets.I got a 60 gwIII for 3200 which is the cheapest ive ever seen it for,but crts will give ya most bang for the buck.

Ive narrowed it down to dlp samsung or gwIII.I can live with the blacks in the gwIII but the pixel thing scares me.My question is can pixels die?I mean once u have tv up and running with no dead pixels can they just go bad?
