Well, It's been a year and I thought I'd resurrect this thread to see if theres been any new news regarding this release on DVD.

This is one of the few Mini-series made for TV that is still not on DVD. If I remember correctly it is the longest movie ever made. Surely this begs a DVD release because the VHS copies are expensive or non-existent and the Bootleggers on ebay are making a fortune! Any word on this release? Flan

I Ordered one Today from J&R and they said they should get them in 2 weeks. ARG! its hard to wait because I need one now! They would not do 209.00 so I got it for 215.00. I'm still pleased though. Lets just hope they turn them around fast!:D M Flanagan
